Benjamin Thompson Kirk (born October 10th 1978) is a real estate agent who works regularly with clients in the US, Canada and the UK. He has a wide knowledge of trends and developments in the real estate market and uses this knowledge to advise his clients and negotiate effectively on their behalf.
One of the most involved parts of Benjamin’s job – when he’s working for a client who wishes to buy a property – is sourcing and inspecting various potential contenders before presenting these properties to the client. Finding the ideal home for a client remains of supreme importance to Benjamin, and he often travels widely over the course of a number of weeks in a bid to find the perfect property (dependent on the remit he has been given).
Seeing the process through from beginning to end is something that Benjamin finds extremely rewarding, and he attends every single closing meeting with each client to ensure that this final part of the process goes off without a hitch.
Benjamin loves to play golf whenever he can and can usually be found on a golf course when he isn’t working. He makes sure to always travel with his golf bag and clubs when he’s away on business, as he enjoys discovering and playing on new courses. On his last trip to the UK he discovered the Royal St. George’s course in Kent and it has now become a firm favorite. Benjamin also plays squash regularly at his local club.
